Meet Our Therapists

Veena Nobbay

Advanced Center for Psychotherapy, New York; Jewish Community Center, Manhattan; Seraniti, Bangalore

I graduated from Steinhardt, New York University with a Masters degree in Counselling for Mental Health and Wellness in May 2015. Since then I have worked therapeutically with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of emotional difficulties ranging from stress, to anxiety and depression, relationships and navigating the pandemic. I believe that an open and genuine relationship between a therapist and client is one of the most crucial aspects of the counselling process.

Rebecca Mathews

I did my Master’s in Counselling Psychology from CHRIST University and have worked with both children and adults. I believe that the collaboration of the client and therapist in creating a safe space for acceptance and growth is vital for any therapy style to work. Clients feeling like they can be transparent and comfortable in a session is most important to me.
